  • If at any moment you have an issue with your order, please email us at admin@bigchurchbarrie.ca or call 1-705-252-6248

  • If you have not received your product within 30 days, please contact us.

  • If you have a damaged/defective item, please reach out to admin@bigchurchbarrie.ca with your order number and a picture of the damage and we are happy to replace your items free of cost. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the order date.

  • Shipping costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not offer refunds for buyers’ remorse or incorrect clothing size. Please use the sizing chart in the product description prior to purchase.
