Course Cancellations
Should Big Church cancel an event or course, the participant can reschedule for a later date or receive a refund except in the following circumstances;
acts of God, such as severe acts of nature or weather events including power outages, floods, fires, earthquakes, hurricanes, or explosions;
war, acts of terrorism, and epidemics/pandemics;
acts of governmental authorities such as expropriation, condemnation, and changes in laws and regulations;
strikes and labor disputes; and
any other cause beyond our control.
Big Church will notify participants of any changes before your booking via email or phone.
Fee and Payments for Purchased Services
Only valid payment methods acceptable to Big Church may be used, for orders and all refunds will be credited back through the same manner. Any payments by credit card, when submitting your order for processing, you authorise us to charge your order (including taxes and any amounts agreed upon before order submission) to your credit card or account. If your credit card or account cannot be verified, or is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
If the event is one or two days in duration, our support team must be notified of withdrawal 120 hours prior to the event date in order to be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Refund policy page to learn more. Please note that all transactions have an underlying processing fee and service charge, Big Church does not return processing fees and/or service charges when a payment is refunded. We reserve the right to change this payment, refunds policy terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.
